Outstanding restaurant. We two don’t know Japanese, but the overall experience is amazing. Welcoming, ordering, introducing, make u feel there is no language barrier. Beef is excellent. And the yogurt ice cream is a must try. Would definitely come again

One of the best yakiniku restaurant in Sapporo. Good ambience inside. Too many parts of high qaulity wagyu beef. Combination with alcohol beverages, espectially Sapporo Classic. The staff was nice. Always crowded. Reservation was recommended. The price was reasonable.

Highly recommended to visit. We get a seat for 2 for 60 mins dinning time as we didn’t reserve in advance. Everything here tastes amazing. I love their salad particularly as the seasoning is very refreshing. Every meat cut is so good and we love the rump especially with their special sauces. Side note, I think there are more items on the Japanese menu (such as innards) so maybe you want to try your Japanese skills when ordering. Another note, despite this shop is at level 1, it’s still very easy to miss the entrance. So just try to make use of the other review photos to find the entrance.

Yakiniku Gurumans Ito is our favorite restaurant in Sapporo during our visit. Quality of the meat is incredible, service of the waitress and chef is spot on. Decoration and overall atmosphere is comforting. Price is extremely reasonable for the food and quality and service. Around 8000-10,000yen per person during our visit. We visited 3 times within a week which goes to say how much we enjoyed dining here.

We were very satisfied with the quality and taste of the beef, mushrooms, pork and beef intestines. Their fresh orange and lemon sour drinks were likewise good. Servers were attentive. They even carefully explained the uses of the sauces for each meat.

I am not one to usually leave reviews for restaurants, whether good or bad, but this restaurant deserves all the stars it gets. The quality of the meat here was absolutely mind blowing; each piece in your mouth feels like butter melting. The service was splendid. Even though we weren't able to get reservations, they were able to make room for us within the next hour. Overall, I never had an experience like this before. This is the only time I will say that the price speaks for itself. Do yourself a favor and start saving up right now and spend it at this restaurant.

Was fortunate enough to be given a table even though I didn’t make a prior reservation. The food was amazing and the staff were top notch! Easily the best yakiniku I’ve had in a while. Will definitely come back again when I visit Sapporo again. Highly recommended!
